Really enjoyed the central location-everything was just a short walk away. It's also super convenient for public transport, so getting around was easy! Our room was comfortable and we loved having free WiFi. Bonus, the lovely courtyard was a perfect spot for chilling after a long day of exploring.

the hotel is cool with polite personnel at the reception desk. the venue is set in a marvellous location close enough to 2-3 stops from central station and the trams and shopping & food venues. great nearby places include ivory lounge, we usually had drinks there.

I really loved the central location-everything was just a short walk away. The garden area provided a lovely, relaxing space to unwind after a long day. Staff were friendly and helpful. More seating options in the common areas would be beneficial, especially during peak hours.

i had huge, extremely spacious room complete with a very nice bathroom, good value of money and coffee in recepition from machine. the location was favourable, just walking distance from neumarkt.

After a festive trip for the Christmas Markets, the centrally located hotel made it easy to explore. The spacious triple room comfortably accommodated three, and the cute staff added a personal touch to our late-night arrival. The pricing felt a bit steep for what was offered, and I noticed the breakfast could have featured more variety than the standard options provided.

The location turned out to be perfect, close to the shopping center and tourism area, and right in the center of the city. On the whole GOOD food; Shaka Zulu was in the vicinity.

Shower tray floods if water exceeds 40%!!! No extraction fan in bathroom, and opening a window exposes you to city noise!!! Plus, no iron or coffee/tea making facilities!!!

Location is spot-on, super close to the main railway station and shops. The room was pretty spacious with a tv, free toiletries, and soundproofing. Enjoyed the nice internal garden for some fresh air. The staff packed us amazing lunch boxes early in the morning. Good vibes all around!

I enjoyed the great location near the city center. The room was spacious for my family. We appreciated the lovely breakfast with a variety of options. The rooftop terrace was a fantastic spot to unwind. Parking was a bit of an issue as we had to use a nearby garage. It wasn't very convenient with all our luggage. The noise from street restaurants below was noticeable, especially at night, which disrupted our sleep a bit.
